Returns Policy

Fantastic Scotland wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order Fantastic Scotland will refund the value of the goods supplied.

Fantastic Scotland will repay you the value of the goods (excluding delivery costs) within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please contact us by phone on (0131 558 1114) or email us at customer.support@fantastic-scotland.com to give your reason for return, and to obtain authorisation to return. 

Please appropriately package the items with the original invoice and send it to us. For the return of high value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
